Get a Bird's-Eye View of Disney World
with Satellite Maps
Satellite maps have added a new dimension to Disney vacations planning.
Call me old school but I am a big fan of using "old-fashioned" folding city maps before
I set off on a trip. I like getting the big picture, a lay of the land - if you will.
When I have a mental picture of where my Disney hotel is compared in
relation to the theme parks and monorail or buses then I feel more confident with my travels.
Likewise, maps of Disney World are very useful for planning my
journey through the theme parks.
I recently discovered that using the new satellite technology for both of these phases is both fun and helpful.
Looking at Orlando from above gave is so much more realistic than plain paper.
