Awesome Disney Vacations Depend on Good Disney Travel Arrangements
As they say - getting there is half the battle. And Disney travel is no exception. If I plan my trip well, then everything gets off to a happy start.
On the other hand, a disorganized voyage creates stress and anxiety. A really bad way to start off what is supposed to be a fun vacation!
Getting to Disney World has two major parts:
- The journey to Orlando from home, and
- The ride from Orlando International Airport, the Greyhound bus terminal, or the train station to Walt Disney World.
Most people arrive in Orlando one of four ways - airplane (or air plane), bus, train, or car. Each method has it's own pros and cons.
Since I live in the Northeastern United States, my preference is to hop a flight. Flying time is short and if I time my flights well, then I can even squeeze in a few hours at a Disney theme park on my day of arrival.
It sounds easy enough, doesn't it?
But there are other things to consider as well. I usually want to find
