Cinderellas Royal Table is the Hottest Ticket in Disney World!

Dining at Cinderellas Royal Table is every little (and big) girl's dream. This restaurant is located on the second floor of that magical Walt Disney castle in Fantasyland.

Scoring a seat for a meal is a different story.

Reservations here are scooped up as soon as they become available. There is a method to the madness of making Disney dining reservations and you must do the work ahead of time. Reservations to most Disney World restaurants and are taken 90 days in advance. But Cinderellas Royal Table accepts reservations 180 days in advance - a very important distinction that could cause you to miss your window of opportunity.

So, the first thing to do is count backwards 180 days from the first day you could possibly dine there. To make doubly sure that you did this correctly call in about a week before the day you are eligible to make a reservation. Ask the Disney cast member that you speak to if you have the date right. Once this is confirmed, put it on your calendar.

As of now, reservations open at 7am. On the morning that you can make a reservation call in precisely at 7am on the dot. If you call too early you will get stuck in a recording. If you call too late then the spots will fill up.

If you get through ask for the first available seating for breakfast, lunch or dinner - whichever you prefer.

Breakfast at Cinderellas Royal Table is supposed to be a grand affair with several princesses in attendance. Lunch also has princesses flitting aroung. But dinner is only attended by the fairy godmother - which could be a disappointment for little girls who really wanted to see Cinderella and her counterparts.

If you don't land a seat on the first day, then try calling in each day thereafter for the length of your stay.

Also keep in mind that if you are on the Disney Meal plan, then dining here uses two table service credits. And, because this restaurant is so popular, they do take your credit card at the time of reservation and charge a penalty if you do not show up. So if your plans change, remember to call ahead and cancel the reservation.

Finally, if despite your best efforts, you do not get a reservation, then you can try for a seat at Akershus in Epcot Center or at 1600 Park Fair in the Grand Floridian Hotel where princesses have been known to congregate as well!
