Cheap Flights to Orlando are Not Hard to Find ....

... if you know where to look! Finding cheap flights to Orlando can be the key point in making Disney vacations truly affordable.

It goes without saying that if you have any frequent flier air miles saved up then use those first. Free airfare is best! But if that option is not available to you then it is time to start the hunt.

I like to start directly with the airlines themselves - to see what their best rate is. Several airlines service Orlando International Airport including the following domestic carriers:

  • JetBlue
  • Southwest Airlines
  • American Airlines
  • Air Tran
  • Continental Airlines
  • Delta Airlines
  • Frontier Airlines
  • Midwest Airlines
  • Spirit Airlines
  • Alaska Airlines
  • US Airways
  • Virgin Atlantic
  • Northwest Airlines
  • West Jet
  • United Airlines
  • and several others.

I like booking directly with the airlines because sometimes the cancellation policies are more flexible. Once I know what price range the airlines are offering - I head to the discount sites. These discount sites will often offer discount airfare to Florida because it is such a popular destination.
