Use Disney World Maps to
Plan Your Journey Through the Theme Parks
I used to think that looking at Disney World maps before I actually got there was a waste of time.
What about spontaneity?! Impulse?
I was certain that the people who planned every step of their visit
were crotchety old folks that didn't know how to have a good time.
Yeah - I was wrong.
It's a funny thing, but the parks keep growing. And my time for
Disney vacations does not. If I want to make sure that I experience
all of the attractions that are important to me, then I need to plan ahead.
I am not suggesting that I set up a marathon - running from ride to ride
and cramming as much into my vacation time as possible. That certainly wouldn't be fun.
But I do have my favorites. And I don't want to miss them.
There are also new things to see that Disney adds constantly.
Mapping out the highlights before I head to Orlando is the best
way to make sure I see them all.
The fact is, using maps to plan my paths through the
parks saves time. Sure, I will stop at other points of
interest that are not on my list. But knowing the general
direction to take is, well ~ priceless.
What I wanted to do was to put maps of Disney World right here
for easy reference. But they are constantly changing as new attractions
are added and old ones revamped or removed. So the best source is really the Mouse himself.
